The aftertouch input seems to only accept mono signals - anyway to make it also respond to poly AT?
all instruments respond to both mono and poly AT. Which instrument do you mean, and which controller do you use?
Sorry I meant to say, Sumu, specifically, my controller is a Native Instruments S 61 MkIII
Aalto and Kaivo do respond to Poly AT - you can see the AT input glow when it is activated and I can use it for modulation
In Sumu that output does nothing when I am in Poly aftertouch mode - but actually for me it does nothing in Mono aftertouch mode either now I investigate further. On the other hand when my keyboard is in Mono AT mode the dy output lights up and modulates stuff - but only for Mono AT
Am I missing an additional setting somewhere? The manual says it supports Poly
I did wonder why none of the presets seem to be setup with AT as an output, maybe it is to be added?
Same problem with my Seaboard set to MPE mode - the AT output does nothing, only the dy responds to pressure
I'm finishing up the beta of MPE support right now, and am also testing Channel aftertouch in both MPE and MIDI modes. I'll send out the newsletter with a beta link as soon as I post it.
Great thanks, I wasn't sure if it hadn't been added yet or was just me not setting it up right
