(3) Perhaps because of KEY - tunings being disabled in the demo*, after uninstalling Sumu when I next loaded up full Aalto, the tunings folder part was all greyed out and (apart from a couple of .scl's I've added in the top folder) although the folders were still there in AppData/Roaming all the tuning scales had vanished! Reinstalled Aalto and they're all now back.
- which was why I uninstalled demo but do plan to buy when finances permit.
I uninstalled it from the W11/Settings/Apps/Installed Apps menu.
... doing a mucked about version of the 'acoustic bass' preset and some higher pitched not quite guitar bits in the middle:
When I open Kaivo (FL Studio, Catalina) the waveform display stays blank and tends only to appear after loading in another wave, iirc a similar thing happens with the vocoder display in Virta.
