No problem at home with the AU version under MOTU Digital Performer 11.35 under Sequoia _
Apparently it works fine under Monterey (Mac OS X 12.7.5.) _
The next and prev patches buttons do not appear or only the next patch but this may have already been reported (VST 3 format with REASON 12).
