It seems like I have the same problem as @tomi in the 1.2.0 update. I'm on windows as well and importing my own .utu files in Sumu doesn't give a crash, but noting gets imported. I moved from the latest version (1.2.0) to 1.1.1(x86_64) and importing did work again without running my DAW (Reaper) in administrator mode.
