I checked it on 96k 48k and 44.1k like you asked.
All rates click. It's really really loud.
All voices do it.

Tons of ram and stuff

Thanks for the additional info. I can't duplicate this here, yet.
What patch are you using? Can you tell me a factory patch that will cause the problem there?
Also, if you are really on Virta 1.3.1b1, please use the 1.3.1 release version instead.
I am currently using it at 48k with the 1.3.1 and that has no clicks seemingly which is acceptable. Perhaps a note that Virta does not play well @ 96k. This is the 2nd generation of machine I have tried it on and it still can't handle 96k. Hope that helps.
