ForumsSoftware ← Question about Voices - Each voice gets different mod signal timing ?

Edit :

I figured it out , didn't think about it at first but its because there is no Retriger option in the LFO section , so each voice have different free running LFO .

If someone missing this option , they can use the sequencer's Sine wave shape with glide to get synced LFO :)

Original Post :

In manual it says :

"Since they are controlled by the common patcher UI, and one set of
dials, the patch created for each voice is identical. But the signals that
flow through each voice’s patch can be very different. Thus, each voice is
separately controllable, in timbre, modulation, and all of its parameters. "

Now lets say I modulate the Cutoff with the LFO , what happens is that when I play a chord , every note ( voice) is filtered in different time ( it also can be seen in the animation that each voice moves in different place on the Cutoff and not synced )

The question is , how I do sync the modulations signals of all the voices ? ( Lets say I want play a chord and the LFO to filter all the notes at the same time and not that every note filtered in different time )

Also would like to know if I missed some option to edit each voice separately as stated in the Manual ( Or maybe I just miss read it ? )

Thanks in Advanced ,

Max

Hi Max,

I think you got it. Even if all the settings are they same the LFOs can drift independently of each other. You can use sequencer as an LFO is you need all the voices in sync. People have asked for a way to sync the LFO as well, so I am likely to add that feature.

Thanks Randy , I also would like to see this feature .
