Hi Randy, I'm setting up this new M4 Mac machine with the latest OS on it, and Kaivo isn't showing in the latest Cubase. Not even as blacklisted, just not recognized. Is this an incompatibility issue or something I could solve somehow? Thank you, Dim
I'm afraid your new Cubase version doesn't run VST2 plugins anymore. We're working on VST3 versions of everything, with Aalto 2 arriving soon, then Kaivo and Virta. If Kaivo runs in a different host that's almost certainly the issue. If you need to run it in Cubase, you could use a VST3->VST2 wrapper as a workaround while we finish the VST3 version. Sorry for the inconvenience.
For trout's, I completely missed that. Just jumped from Cubase 10 to the latest version and haven't used or explored it yet. That means a whole bunch of things won't work anymore. Thank you for pointing me to wrappers! (I knew it was something I should have figured out myself instead of bugging you).
