Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there a way to relocate the Madrona Labs folder which installs with Aalto / Kaivo and stores licenses, presets etc? On a Mac it saves to the "Music" folder, but I keep all my music-making files somewhere else, would be nice to have this folder in the same place if possible.
There's not currently a way to do this. I was trying to keep things very simple. But a few people have asked the same question so I'll try to provide a good way of moving the folder soon.
It was my plan that just making an alias in ~/Music would be a simple way to do what you want, but the plugins don't follow the alias properly right now when looking for the registration or patches. I'll try to fix this at the very least.

Thanks for such a prompt and clear reply! It's really a very minor thing and speaks more to my neat-freak tendencies than anything else... certainly doesn't detract from the creative side, on which these plugins excel and which is the important thing in the end.
