Bought Kaivo yesterday, really love the sounds but every time I adjust a control in Kaivo, my laptop (17" MacBook Pro 2.5 GHz Core I7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Mac OS X 10.7.5) stops charging. Given the CPU demand, cannot really use the program for long if charging stops. Can anyone help?
I don't know what you are seeing there, but Kaivo does not have the power to affect your laptop's charging mode in any way.
I'll be posting some tips for CPU use soon, and of course optimizing Kaivo over time, so please stay tuned.
Thanks Randy. Although I had not experienced it previously, 2011 MBPs apparently do this under high CPU loads. Therefore, CPU use tips will be most appreciated.
