Hi all. I just purchased kaivo. set up an account here with my personal email address. Bought kaivo with PayPal. Paypal uses my business account. So came back here to the website for my license and my account page says:
If you have already purchased a product, you must use the same email address you provided to Paypal so we can link you to your license.
So I changed my email to match the business email, and the same message appears. I have purchased kaivo, but can't access my license to use it.
Can anyone help please?

Ok, just read the small print:
"If the emails are different, we humans will have to step in to complete the process."
hopefully a human can intervene asap :-)
