Madrona Labs LLC End User License Agreement

This  License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Madrona Labs LLC ("Madrona Labs") for the software accompanying this document.  By installing, copying or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must promptly stop using the software and remove any stored copies of the software you have made.

If you are accepting the License Agreement on behalf of another legal entity, the use of the terms "you" and "your" in the License Agreement shall refer to that entity. 


1. License Grant

Madrona Labs grants you, subject to the following terms and conditions, a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the enclosed Aalto synthesizer registered to you and any files distributed with it ("the software"). 

You may make any number of copies of the software for your own backup, and install the copies on as many computers as you wish, provided that the software is run on only one computer at a time.  If you wish to run the software on more than one computer at a time, you must buy a licensed copy for each computer.


2. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided to you "as is".

Madrona Labs makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the software and associated materials provided, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

No information or advice given by Madrona Labs shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Madrona Labs is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused.


3. Use and Transfer Restrictions

Except as provided in this agreement, you receive no rights to transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, market, transmit or reverse engineer the software, any component hereof, or any file provided with the distribution. 


4. Term of Agreement

This Agreement is effective from the date you open the software, and will remain in effect until it terminates.  This Agreement will terminate if you break any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.  Upon termination you agree to destroy all copies of the software you have made.
